JV 2016 State Champions

JV 2016 Kennedy Cup Champions

Former Providence Catholic defenseman Jordan Ernst will be making his NCAA debut this month for the Bowling Green Falcons.  Ernst will be enrolling in Bowling Green for the second semester of the 2015-2016 season.  Ernst makes the jump to NCAA Division I hockey after playing high school hockey for the Celtics just 18 months ago.  Ernst was an All-State and an Illinois Showcase player in 2013 and was offered a scholarship from Bowling Green after his junior season for the Celtics.   Read more...

2016 Cross Roads Champions

Providence Celtics JV team celebrates their Championship at the Cross Roads Tournament over MLK Weekend. The team went 5-0 on the weekend, with victories over Plainfield, Sun Prairie (WI), PREP, and the Rebels. The Celtics defeated LaPerre (MI) in the championship game. Cam Cutler was named the championship game MVP.

Governor's Cup Champions 2015

The Celtics varsity captured the Governor's Cup crown for the second year in a row this past Sunday. After a big  4-1 semi final victory over perennial powerhouse New Trier , the final was an all catholic league match up as the Celtics faced off against the Crusaders from Brother Rice. The Celtics high powered offense proved to be too much as the Celtics took the crown with a 6-3 victory.

CCHL Player of the Month

Congratulations to Jake Rott who was selected as the CCHL Player of the Month for October 2015.

2016 Kennedy Cup Champions

Providence Celtics Varsity finishes their regular season in the CCHL with a record of 20-2. Their victory on Saturday earned them the top spot in the final regular season standings, and the number #1 seed for the Kennedy Cup playoffs.
